Fear of flying is all about anxiety. We picture the plane crashing and then we become scared. I have a hypnosis MP3 to alleviate this fear of flying.

I recommend my clients start listening regularly. Then when a flight is booked keep listening, and then on the day of travel listen in the boarding lounge, and when you are flying. It helps to quiet the mind and relax the body. This greatly reduces or eliminates the anxiety. Picture yourself arriving safely at your destination.
